Opportunity or madness

Had a good meeting with one of the current owners of a high end gourmet restaurant last night. Considering it......

The food is an updates version of 'classic' French Gourmet with a little Italian twist. Goose-liver, truffles, ravioli stuffed with goat, tenderloin of ox.
Served in a room with a remarkable view - overlooking the Sortedam Lake on Østerbro.
