How to build an agency?

All clients demand ways to make their communications more efficient, to rationalize their marketing efforts and to operationally secure an integrated process. Everyone wants end-to-end solutions that allow their brands to attract retain and develop profitable customers. This is a fact. Another fact is that not many agencies can deliver end-to-end. So, I guess all we have to do is to create an organization that can:

Define an overall and integrated communication strategy for a brand or an organization
Establish and strengthen the brand's positioning (in the mind of the target)
Transform brand value into profitable and loyal customers
Retain and develop the client relationship (cross selling, up selling and fencing in)
… nothing to it!

With the combined talent mass already in place we can deliver on the points above. Our challenge now is to actually clearly define and operationalize these points. And more importantly to prove (document) to our current and potential clients that working with us will give them:

Maximum bang for the bucks (communication efficiency)
Optimal streamlining of the marketing effort
Increased flexibility (speed to react to the market)

Who doesn't want that?
